Jason Stannum
Jason Stannum was a US Army 68W1O Medic (2006-2008) before being sidelined and eventually honorably discharged due to stress injury acquired in South Korea. (Rarely do "big guys" and "running up mountains every morning" mix.)
He's been a television cameraman, a volunteer firefighter, a surface mount and through-hole soldering technologist, a 3D printing modeler, a MakerBot alumni, an off-and-on college student, a graphic designer, and an industrial prototyper.
He's currently a full-time dreamer and proud member of the UCLA WordCommandos Writing Workshop for Veterans. He writes fiction out of Long Island, where he shares his life with his wife and adoring turtle.
